"I would go back in a heartbeat."
a lovely stone building, charming courtyard filled with beautiful shrubs. Mama Theano and her team very friendly and helpful . property spotless . a little grocery shop very close.

It is a family run hotel with very clean rooms. It is off the beaten track and a great spot for those who want a less expensive stay. If you have luggage, then spring for the donkeys! you will be hiking up stairs for about 10 minutes to get here. You have to look down to watch your footing on the path, but if you never stop and look up, it is easy to miss the signs. Make sure you walk the 5 minutes to Kamini Beach (photo) and reserve a table for dinner at Pirofani.

Excellent staff, particularly Mary the housemaid who assisted us with Breakfast preps and tidying up despite this not being a provided service. Use of kitchen and good outside space for dining and relaxing.

Very nice guesthouse - small, quite, cozy. There's a nice garden behind the building. The stuff was very friendly. The room was basic but has everything you need (good linen, airco, fridge). The location is a bit off-center, a bit up the hill. However the road to the port passes through picturesque streets and is a pleasure, if you're in moderate or good shape ;-). In general I'm very glad we stayed in Theano Guesthouse. Excellent price quality ratio.

What a nice guesthouse run by a friendly family who made us feel very welcome and even let us stay an extra night when the ferries were on strike, which was a bit of a result as we fell in love with Hydra!!!!

Lovely little guest house. It is a climb so make sure you are not carrying to much luggage. The ladies who came in daily were so helpful and lent us a kettle bowls etc so we could enjoy our breakfast in the beautiful courtyard garden.

Nice clean accommodation. Lovely courtyard to sit and eat breakfast in. Location is good for beaches and hiking.

Basic, clean room with comfy beds and air conditioning. Good value for money. Close to Hydra port (about a 10 min uphill walk) Room had a fridge which was handy for cooling drinks.
